1. Definitions
Offer — this document published on the m2 website. Acceptance — registration, posting a listing, or paying for paid services. Provider — LLC “M2 Marketplace”. Customer — an individual or legal entity that accepts the Offer.
2. Subject
The Provider grants access to the m2 information platform for listings, search for machinery, materials, services, and workforce, and related features.
m2 is not a party to deals between users for rent, sale, or services unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance means full agreement with the Offer. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance.
4. Fees
Basic Platform features may be free at launch. Paid packages, promotion, and add-on services are priced on the website or agreed individually.
The Provider may change pricing by publishing an updated version on the website.
5. Rights and obligations
The Customer must provide accurate information and must not publish unlawful content. The Provider must maintain reasonable Platform availability and provide support during business hours.
6. Liability
The Provider is not liable for user actions, quality of third-party goods or services, or losses arising from deals between users.
Provider liability is limited to fees paid by the Customer for paid services in the last 12 months unless otherwise required by law.
7. Term and changes
The Offer is valid until withdrawn. The Provider may amend terms; the new version takes effect upon publication unless another date is stated.
