User Agreement

This User Agreement governs access to and use of the m2 platform, including the website, account area, and related services.

Some features require registration. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all actions under your account.

Users must not create accounts to bypass restrictions or mislead others.

You confirm that:

• you have the right to offer listed goods, services, or vacancies;
• listing information is accurate and up to date;
• content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

On the Platform, you must not:

• post spam, fraud, or misleading information;
• attempt unauthorized access to m2 systems;
• scrape or copy data without Operator consent;
• use the service for unlawful activity.

The Operator may review listings and requests, reject or remove violating content, and temporarily or permanently restrict access.

Platform design, code, logos, and other elements belong to the Operator or are used under license. You retain rights to content you post, granting the Operator a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.

The Platform is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times and is not responsible for deals between users.
